's a look at the weather. let's check traffic with elizabeth. >> thanks. unfortunately we have big problems developing now in sunnyvale. we're talking about a jackknifed big rig right there approaching the lawrence expressway exit in the southbound lanes of 101. now, three lanes are blocked in the southbound direction. no reports of any injuries with this jackknifed rig or what exactly the truck was carrying but we know that traffic is just squeezing by right now partially in that left lane and the center divide. also the on-ramp, the lawrence expressway on-ramp to southbound 101 is completely blocked. 280 is the best alternate in the area. not big backups now but if this continues to be out there for a while which it sounds like it could, chp just issued a traffic alert for that stretch, they will just said that they are hoping to get lanes 30 to 40 minutes after the tow crew arrives arrives son scene. we are waiting for word for when the crew arrives and then it could be 40 minutes from then so this is going to be an issue for the start of the morning commute for sure. so 280 a good alter

at a sleepover allie rasmus is live with more, including the soda that's becoming a big part of the investigation. >> reporter: we're live in santa rosa. this agency is investigating the 14-year-old's death. now, the four girls at the sleepover, including the victim, said they passed around a soda that taste strange. the sheriff's office determined there was an unknown substance to it. the teens were at a sleepover at a home and all four got sick during the night. they started throwing up after they drank the soda. at first, the parents thought it was food poisoning, but then on sunday, one of them would not wake up. they called paramedics. and they determined she died. the crime investigations unit are looking into the death. a cause of death for that 14- year-old girl has not been determined yet. we've put in requests with sherr 6 investigators to find out -- sherr 6 investigators to find out where they are with the -- with the investigation. back to you. >> thank you. >>> pleasant hill police say they have two men in custody who may have used clone debit cards to rob bay area atms. officers fo

are telling us about an accident in the south bay. >> nasa right. we have a jackknifeed big prig -- that's right we have a jackknifed big rig. the fire department is actually unloading the contents and putting it into another it truck so it won't spoil. you can see the congestion as a result, if we could pan off to the right there. we can see that people are slowing down. they are stopping to take a look. so it's causing some congestion in the morgan hill area. all right. let's head to pleasanton right now. this is over interstate 680 where we have metering lights doing a test-run. this is between pleasanton and dublin. right now, the lights are all green. and this is to get folks used to the fact about the lights. here's a six-car crash. look at this backup. this is on 0 westbound at highway 4. a tow truck is on the scene but you can see the damage has been done. the backup is pretty extensive. this will probably last for at least the last half-hour or so. if i were you, i would try to avoid 80 westbound. >>> on this monday, patchy fog at bast f there's not a lot out there. there's rain

. it is not about antagonizing tour bus operators. on the other hand, enforcement is a big issue, and a big expense. women go to the pleas to part with any kind of enforcement, they are busy with other things. the final analysis tends to be more important. we want that goal to be met as well. then we have the whole business of police work, transportation, a tour bus work for transportation. we do not want to have that happen for limited resources. but there are some things that we can do -- and i am not the expert on tour buses. in my experience, when those things are design-related, the shape of the streets, places where buses go, we tend to have more success and less need for enforcement. to give you a probably bad example, parks and buses is an issue. staging for a tour bus would be different for a shuttle that comes by the neighborhood. of course, we are serving a different constituency. the shuttle bus is serving the residents who are choosing to live in san francisco and work somewhere else and return to the city as soon as they can. we do not want to discourage that. with the tourists, it is
